Deer Park Country House affords the ladies within the wedding party the use of their bridal “Playhouse” were you and your wedding party can enjoy a glass of champagne, relax and prepare for your wedding day whilst making memories together. Wedding preperation photographs can be taken in the playhouse, or if you deisre, within one of Deer Park’s 32- grand en-suite bedrooms.
The males in the wedding party equally get hang out at “The Shed” with its own juke box and pool table, It is sure to keep the men in your life happy and entertained, whilst making the perfect location for portraits with family and friends.

In the evening when you become hungry, why not grab a handmade pizza form from the estates own wood-fired clay oven. Nothing is too much trouble, guests are given a truly bespoke service with food that can be made to order.

Equally, I also know that to get the absolute best photos you need the best light and that takes place just before sunset so whilst most of my photography is documentary, I do like to take you outside for a few minutes at sunset.

Your couple’s portrait time should be a time for you to be alone, for just a few minutes from the business of the day, a time for some romance and giggles, an enjoyable time that will create photographs you will love.

Deer Park Country House boasts 14 stunningly beautiful rooms situated within the main house as well as rooms with the “Playhouse” “shed” and of course for your wedding night the “Treehouse”. If that is not enough accommodation for all of your guests then within 15 minutes drive lies the market town of Honiton. A variety of accommodation choices can be found there that is sure to meet all of your guest’s needs.
