Claire is dedicated in producing the most exquisite, unique wedding cakes for discerning customers, from the finest ingredients. She also takes pride in incorporating the individuality of each and every client into her wedding cake designs. What is the mission or purpose of your company?
My tag line is ‘high end wedding cakes with a twist.’
But my main mission is to take the stress out of the whole wedding cake process. And to also work closely with my couples to give them a tailored service, and a cake they will remember.
What got me into the wedding industry? What is your company’s story?
Like many other bespoke cake makers I started making cakes for family and friends. My son has multiple health issues, so when it became clear I couldn’t go back to work in the conventional 9-5 way, I decided to start my own business.
Really the wedding industry found me. When I started making wedding cakes I got to know lots of other wedding professionals. I realised what a friendly and supportive industry the wedding industry is. That was part of the reason I decided to build up the wedding cake part of my business.
